Reservation
- and collection of digital evidence, prompt action for freezing/holding of fraudulent financial transactions, and coordination with 14C, banks, financial institutions, telecom service providers and other concerned agencies
- The Cyber Police Station, Ladakh shall function under the administrative and operational control of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UT Ladakh Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (L4C), who shall make necessary arrangements for its effective functioning, including coordination with concerned agencies, from the existing resources of Ladakh Police, as an interim arrangement.
- Any existing administrative arrangement inconsistent with this Order, to the extent of such inconsistency, shall stand modified accordingly. Nothing contained here in shall affect any investigation, proceeding or action already undertaken by any competent police unit, which shall continue in accordance with law.
